Who this program is for

  1. Food or beverage innovator with a product idea

  2. Restaurant owner wanting to turn your recipes into a consumer packaged good

  3. Have a product already in small scale distribution (i.e. selling in a farmer's market) but want to scale up

  4. You have a nutrition/health product idea and unsure of regulations/appropriate business practices for health-related products

Learning Objectives

By the end of this program, entrepreneurs will:

  • Have a solidified business plan to launch your business, if you haven't already

  • Have received all of the knowledge and skills needed to have a physical product prototype completed

  • Have a business pitch perfected for potential grocery distributors
