This is a 7-session program targeted to food business owners who want to turn a recipe into a consumer packaged good. In this program, you will learn how to scale up a recipe for mass production, learn the requirements for food packaging, shelf life testing, labeling, certifications, branding, food photography, sales and distribution, and how to integrate culinary tourism trends into your consumer packaged good (CPG).
