Our flagship program: a 12-week, 3-hr per week live (not pre-recorded) program led by serial entrepreneurs, food industry experts including chefs, product developers and retail/food service buyers. This program is run by regional small business centers in various parts of Ontario. Contact your local small business center to see if they offer it!
Who this program is for:
Food or beverage innovator with a product idea
Restaurant owner wanting to turn your recipes into a consumer packaged good
Have a product already in small scale distribution (i.e. selling in a farmer's market) but want to scale up
You have a nutrition/health product idea and unsure of regulations/
appropriate business practices for health-related products
Weekly LIVE 3-hr classes held online
1-1 professional food industry mentorship from executives, dietitians & serial entrepreneurs in food industry
Have a business pitch perfected for potential grocery distributors
Have a solidified business plan to launch your business, if you haven't already
Have a physical product prototype completed
